Return Policy:

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced in your purchase at Florence Adams. We want you to be completely happy with any product you receive from us. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please return your item with its purchase receipt within thirty days of receipt and we will cheerfully exchange the item or refund the entire purchase price.

Packing Your Return:

If you return pottery, please wrap it as it was sent to you. We cannot be liable for any breakage due to poor packing on the return trip. Some tips to keep in mind: when you are packing an item for return, ensure that every space in the box is tightly packed so the item has no room to move at all, and make sure that there is at least two inches of packing material between the pottery and any side of the box. Crumpled newspaper works well for this.
