IMPORTANT TO KNOW...
- Once your request has been received, a label will be emailed for you to print off (if you do not receive a label to your email, please let us know). You will be given the option to receive a full refund in the form of store credit or have a flat rate $7 shipping charge deducted from your exchange.
- If you have placed an order shipping to Canada or anywhere else outside the U.S., you are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please ship to: Florence Adams, ATTN: Returns, 529 W. Bertrand Ave., St. Marys, KS 66536.
- Clearance or sale items are final sale and may not be exchanged
- Exchanges will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days of us receiving the items
- Purchases made with store credit will always be refunded as store credit.
- The original shipping charge is not refunded when exchanging items
- Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed
- Only customers shipping to the 48 contiguous US states will have access to the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping return label
