THE BASICS...
Provided that items have not been washed, worn, or purchased on sale, you may exchange them or request a return for a refund within 7 days of receipt. We are happy to offer a store credit up to 30 days of receipt. Final Sale items are not eligible for store credit, exchange or return.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW...
  • Once your request has been received, a label will be emailed for you to print off (if you do not receive a label to your email, please let us know). The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund/store credit once we process your return. At this time we are happy to offer return labels at a flat rate of $8.00.
  • If you have placed an order shipping to Canada or anywhere else outside the U.S., you are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please ship to: Florence Adams, ATTN: Returns,  529 W. Bertrand Ave., St. Marys, KS 66536.
  • All clearance or sale items are final sale and may not be exchanged, returned or refunded unless defective.
  • Exchanges will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days of us receiving the items. Additional shipping fees will apply.
  • Purchases made with store credit will always be refunded as store credit.
  • The original shipping charge is not refunded when exchanging or returning items.
  • Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed
  • Only customers shipping to the 48 contiguous US states will have access to the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping return label
  • For exchanges, email us at support@florenceadams.com or call us at 785-437-6555 to make sure we have the size or item that you would like. As soon as we receive it, we will ship the exchange.
