Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $9 on all continental US orders. Orders ship within three business days and take up to eight business days to reach their destination. If you simply cannot wait for your purchase, we have USPS priority shipping rates available at checkout.
For shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, different USPS shipping rates are available at checkout.
International Orders
For orders shipping to Canada and Europe, we offer First Class International and Priority Mail International shipping services. The shipping cost is calculated at time of checkout. For shipping to all other countries, please contact us, and we will be happy to give you a quote.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are simple and hassle free. Provided that items have not been washed, worn, or purchased on sale, you may return for store credit or exchange them within 7 days of receipt.
For returns in the United States, please follow the instructions under the Store Credit and Exchanges page to submit an online return request.
For returns outside the United States, you are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please ship to:

As soon as we receive it, we will process your store credit. We are not responsible for any lost returned packages and we highly recommend keeping your tracking number and purchasing insurance.
For returns received after 7 days, refunds will be automatically processed as store credit.
For exchanges, email us at support@florenceadams.com or call us at 785-437-6555 to see if we have the size or item that you are looking for. Follow the steps for a return, and as soon as we receive it we will ship the exchange.
